Nicolette was wonderful with everything she helped me with from the very start to the last day of the actual sale! I was unsure if I should list in the winter because I thought spring would be a better time, but with her experience in the housing market I took her advice and decided to go ahead and see how things would go. I'm glad I did we listed in early December and in January we were in pending status and the new owner received the keys on March 2nd! She was very helpful threw the whole sale and made everything as easy as she could threw the whole process! She was on top of everything as things came in and was even in contact with any paperwork that needed to be signed to make sure I didn't have questions if we did the e-signature! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is selling a home she makes everything so easy!!!
