Nicolette was absolutely wonderful when it came to selling our house. We were wanted to sell our home but we lived out of the country. Nicolette had the experience of selling homes where the owners lived abroad, so we felt very comfortable with her, and she was able to help us step by step. Any questions that we had, she was either able to answer or would get back to us with an answer. The home itself was a difficult sell due to its uniqueness but Nicole was able to market it to just the right buyer. Her communication was excellent. We live in a country where the time difference is 14 hours. Nicollette would either call at a time that was convenient for me ( which meant it was a late-night or early morning call for her ) or would send me updates via email. All in all, it was a great experience working with her, and I would highly recommend her services to anyone thinking of selling or purchasing a home.
